Volunteer

Each EASE participant is assigned one or two educated volunteers depending on participant needs. One volunteer to assist physically, while the other guides and reacts to non-verbal cues.

Volunteers will typically be with the same participant throughout the duration of the program. Previous experience with dementia and/or Parkinson's is encouraged, but not necessary. Applications are required and volunteer training is given before each spring and fall session. If you are interested in volunteering, please click here to access the application.
